We want to remind everyone that we will NOT be meeting for worship this coming Sunday, August 31st. We pray that everyone has a relaxing and joy filled day wherever the Lord calls your family to worship.

We are excited to let you know that the Maxwell's are coming back to OKC this year! It is the brand-new Energize! conference and it’s coming to the Oklahoma City area, October 7^th. It's only a one night conference this time but the topics look very interesting and helpful. 

This veteran homeschool family (of Titus2.com) encourages and challenges in the areas of dynamic children, a unified family, a dad’s leadership, smooth days for Mom, and so much more. Join them for this energizing evening for the entire family filled with practical encouragement in the Lord Jesus! Three years ago we had great interest and lots of cooperation from many homeschool groups for the conference but many didn't get to attend because of the rampant statewide wildfires that day (remember that? We're so glad for all the rain this year. Be sure to join us in prayer that nothing hinders it this year). 

So this will be a real blessing for many who enjoy their teaching. And it will be a pleasant encounter for those not yet familiar with their teaching. Our first encounter was a one night conference about 4 years ago and they have helped us so much since then.

Energize! Conference

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Area

When: Tuesday evening, October 7th, 7-9:00 p.m. (bonus sessions begins at 5 p.m.)

Where: Choctaw Church of the Nazarene, 1100 Harper Rd, Choctaw, OK 73020

Would you like your family to be energized? Are you working as a team? Are you pulling together toward a common goal? Do you have joy and peace? Maybe you started strong but something happened, and you’re simply “out of gas.” Join the Maxwells for a time of encouragement and get your tank filled.

There is no cost for this conference, but love offering boxes will be on the book tables to help with the Maxwells’ traveling expenses. Worship Service ~ August 24th

We will be meeting at the Stratford Senior Center this coming Sunday, August 24th, at 10:30 AM for worship. Mr. Chance Stephens with Walk America will be sharing for the worship service.  You can read more about Chance's ministry and journey here.  Please keep him in prayer as he prepares this week.  Thank you!  There will be potluck lunch following the service.

We will be meeting at the Stratford Senior Center this coming Sunday, August 10th, at 10:30 AM for worship. The young men who attended the Quest program have graciously agreed to share their testimonies for the service.
